DALLAS, Texas –
Child molester, Dwayne Pete, got a dose of vigilante justice when one of this 13-year-old victims molested and raped him over the weekend.
Pete was spending a quiet night watching TV in his mobile home when he was hit on the head with a metal baseball bat and knocked out. When he awakened, he found himself naked and tied up with extension cords and saw a boy fondling his genitals.
“This little sucker was having his way with me,” Pete told Dallas police. “I begged him to stop, but he wouldn’t. I think he did me anally too as semen was leaking down my leg and it hurt back there. It was a terrifying experience.”
Dean had been convicted for molesting the child back in 2009 and had been out of prison for six months.
“I was being good,” Dean said. “I hadn’t touched no kids. Sure I looked. A guy can’t help but look, but I wasn’t gonna go back to having sex with kids. I found Jesus in prison and confessed all my sins, so I’m forgiven and have a clean slate. I did not deserve this.”
The juvenile’s name has not been released, but police say he is unapologetic and claims Dean “got what he deserved.”
“We’re going to try to prosecute him as an adult to send a strong message,” a district prosecutor said. “Raping somebody for raping you is not permissible by any law. Dean had paid his debt to society.”
If the child is convicted, he could spend up to ten years in prison and once released will be required to register as a sex offender.
