“This fat black bastard with burrito breath told me no shoes, no shirt, no service and I told him I ain’t have any shirts or shoes. I’m homeless and my camp got robbed and I was coming to get shoes and a shirt,” Joniff said.

Joniff became increasingly hostile after management asked him to leave. Police arrested Mr. Joniff for disorderly conduct.

The Police report said: Mr. Joniff ran around the store pulling clothes from racks and then threw shoes at the ceiling repeatedly yelling, ‘F**k your no shoes, no shirt, no service! I hope all you niggas get butt f**ked!’

He was able to post bond and is expected to appear in court next month. It was unclear if he was under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
